With 20 years of experience leading churches and ministries in both Europe and the USA, Chris has seen firsthand the transformative power of intentional leadership and Spirit-led strategy. His heart beats for aligning the work of ministry with God’s calling, empowering pastors to lead with confidence and conviction.

Chris's journey into strategic ministry coaching began when other leaders noticed the fruit of his efforts and invited him to help navigate their own challenges. From boardrooms and retreats, to workshops and cafés, Chris discovered a calling to bring focus, alignment, and momentum to churches seeking renewal and growth. Proactive Pastor was born out of this calling—a practical framework designed to help pastors find a vision that moves beyond surviving, or even the minimum standard of faithfulness.
